Google Play Console is giving the following warning:
Target API level requirements from August 2020
Warning:
Your app currently targets API level 28 and must target at least API level 29 to ensure it is built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance.
The rollout is not allowed with present API level 28
How can I get a built on the latest API?
