Do I have to install Promultitouch app on the mobile to export?

One question concerning mobile platforms.
It´s not enough to export from Designer to let´s say “Android”, copy the file to the mobile device and start the “app”? On the mobile device I have to install a “Multitouch Player”-app?

I have received an activation key, how can I enter the key in the Designer? - “Manage License” brings an empty window with “Log in to continue” …
