Font size not exceeding 99

Hi,

I am not sure whether this is a bug or what, but the font size does not seem to exceed 99, I was looking at the weather app tutorial and noticed that person was changing the size to more than 99. On my system I can only get to 99, the increase button then greys out. Please see screenshot.
