How to load image from url?

Is there way load image from Web to Image component without databases or WebView ?
Maybe there is way just set URL for image. Cant find it…

  1. Add local image
  2. Copy image URL to clipboard
  3. Paste URL

but when app reload and image changed, app will not reload image and take it from cache… ((
it changed in Windows preview, but in Android - not changed

When app published, image load normally and update each time.
