Получается, что тут подойдет только асинхронный поток. Я думаю что у Flipabit нет возможности для синхронной потоковой передачи.
В общем в справке говориться, что такое аудио нужно загрузить на сервис который выдает общедоступные ссылки, а потом передать от имени Вашего сервисного аккаунт ссылку на аудио.
