I subscribed, but the watermark is still there

Thank you for the link. I’ve purchased the subscription and I’ve logged into the account in the software but the “Created By Pro-Multitouch” watermark is still there. Is there a certain period of time before the account registers?

You need to log out first and then log in again.

  1. Select Help > Manage License…
  2. Click on the Logout button.
  3. Restart ProMultitouch Editor.
  4. Select Help > Manage License… and log in.
