If I export what I have done on Mac (demo license) to the PC (full license) would that free up the limitations?

I only have Mac, but the kiosk will run on PC.

If I download the demo on My Mac to try it out, and then purchase the license for the PC.

If then I export what I have done on Mac (with the demo license) to the PC (which would have the full license)… would that then free up the limitations?

There is no problem with purchasing a license after you have started a project. After completing the purchase the watermark will be removed.
