Issue with uploading to cloud

Hi, I seem to be having an issue in uploading to cloud, I have followed the tutorial but system hangs when uploading. Also how do I remove the promultitouch text which is visible when running presentation.

In the current version, there is no indication of the upload progression. The upload time depends on the file-size.

You must be logged in as a paid user to export with no logo (From the main menu select Help > Manage License). In the Manage License window, can you see the “Business License”? Could you send me the screenshot of it?
