Javascript in App. But no background

I want to add a script to my app, but I’m struggling.

This is the script I need in the app:

<span class="cc_streaminfo" data-type="song" data-username="starhit">Loading ...</span>
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="https://trappist.shoutca.st:2199/system/streaminfo.js"></script>

How do I put that in. Important would be: The text should not have any background.
