I want to play transparent videos one over the other in the layer but I want to keep the transparency.

So first you could download some „transparent videos“ from the internet an try to put it into some videoplayer widgets that lay over another and see what happens. Btw I don‘t think that your plan works. Secondly you are very unclear about what you mean with „transpaerent videos“. Do you want to create a „bluebox“? If you just want to put transparent videoplayer widgets over each other you may want to experiment with the properties of the widgets.
Transparent video is not supported. You can convert the video into a PNG sequence with transparency and use it with Animation widget.
