Hello I am working on urgent project requring specific functionality: Thing’s we require: We need to create a Multitouch Media Wall system from Single PC, but very limited functionality. We are planning to have 6x2 landscape Full HD monitors in the wall with touch option for whole of it. Total Six video files will be presented: each one on monitor column (1920x2160 pixels, filling 2 monitors with optional borders/control buttons etc).
Content will be made pixel by pixel to fill in possible video areas one next to each other. Each video file must be started with touching on it. Video Windows will always be in the same place (locked), they will not move or go fullscreen, and touch will only start/stop the content. No moving windows, no extra pages. Simple touch to play from single PC.
It looks simple and i had a lot of fun with your software trying to create such a project. Unfortunately I was a bit locked on certain functionalities: 1. Horizontal resolution ( max 10000pix. we need ~ 11500 - is it possible to make it more?) 2. Touch video ‘play’ works only on going to fullscreen, not in the window. 3. Lock on video aspect within widget. Can you set some mode options to lock it? I hope we can have a phone call regarding possibilities. This is very urgent so please let me know if you can do it.
- What OS do you have? What touch sensor are you using? Can you set the resolution higher than 10000px in the system display settings?
- To disable widget maximizing, select “None” in the Maximize widget field from the Interaction tab in the Presentation Inspector https://help.promultitouch.com/display/PROM/Interaction
- To change video aspect (Fit/Crop/Stretch) use Fill mode in the Video Inspector https://help.promultitouch.com/display/PROM/Video+Inspector
