Presentation in kiosk mode

It is possible to put the presentation in kiosk mode. To prevent someone close the application, or open other applications.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem is not at startup.
I am using a multitouch table with windows. And users can access the windows 10 menus and open other applications.
I need that interactive presentation stay in kiosk mode and only can exit the application through password.
