Simple Mail form

I need to make a really simple mail form, in which the visitors of a museum can send their questions and comments.

I’ve tried to make the fields writeable, but I just can’t make it work. Please help!!!

The easiest way to do this is to create online web page with mail form and display it using Web widget.

If you don’t have website you can create hosted form using online service, i.e. https://www.wufoo.com/, https://formspree.io/

After creating the form, you have two options:

Show this form using Web widget (just paste the form url)
Hide Web widget form, create custom form in Flipabit and send data to web form using JavaScript
