Testflight question

Hi there, question about using Flipabit through testflight.

When requesting the redemption code, is that code tied to the apple ID? For context - I would like to load the testflight flipabit app on an iPad managed by my employer. Before requesting testflight, I wanted to double check if the redemption code gets sent to their business appleID or if I can request to my personal email and use on their testflight app.

Please let me know if that does not make sense but wanted to check before requesting permission with my employer. They we’re not familiar with testflight…

*update - the more I dig in to this the more I think this will not work unless I am able to download testflight with my appleID. I guess the other question - is flipabit still available via testflight?
