The file isn't showing up when we plug in the thumb drive

Hi, we’re having some issues running this thing on the touch screen.
The file isn’t showing up when we plug in the thumb drive.

The original files we’re created on a Mac, but we’re hooking this up to a PC to run on the touchscreen.
Is that the issue? If so, can you suggest any other solutions?

Also, I’m assuming the Stand Alone file is what we use, correct?

1. Install windows version of ProMultitouch Designer on your PC.
2. Open your project and export to .exe file.
