The problem with the publication in Google play market

When downloading the apk file to Google play store gives three warnings, the button “publish working version” is not active, how can I fix it?

64 bits Google Play

Hello ! i’m sure that this is a recurrent question, but i can’t find the answer on this forum so: when i try to upload an APK made with flipabit, it give me a message error. like this: This version does not meet the 64-bit Google Play requirement The following APK or App Bundles are available for 64-bit devices, but only have 32-bit native code: 7. Can you help me to resolve this question to upload my apk to google play ? Thankyou in advance !
