Ive tried a presentation on a computer with windows 8 and 10 and it doesn’t launch, while it works well on windows 7 (which is the version i use to create the presentations)

Hello, Ive been trying your software and Windows 7 for several months and everything is great, however, ive exported my presentation and tried it on another computer with Windows 8.1 which did not work, when i double click nothing happens. Is there specific codec or windows program to download such as Framework to make it work ?
Hello, I’ve finally fixed the problem by downloading microsoft framework.net, hope this tip can help for your other customers who could face the same problem.
