Flash player is not supported.
You can use online pdf viewer: https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://research.google.com/archive/bigtable-osdi06.pdf&embedded=true with Web widget
Replace http://research.google.com/archive/bigtable-osdi06.pdf with your pdf file hosted on Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Sorry Daniel, but I meant how I can open an html file that I have in the desktop on my computer.
Through the flipbuilder software I created an interactive pdf that has a html extension file to start it.
