how do i make pinch zoom work? when release it i need it to snap back to the original location and size?

so i have several tumbler setups for a list of items(drug formulary) on several pages that allow me to choose different drugs and go to the corresponding page. when i got back or click home and reenter the page where the tumbler is the las item i click is visible. I have a dead item that say scroll here…i want it to go back to the scroll here every time i leave the page
i’ve played with these setting for days now and can not figure out how to make it work…guess thats what i get for trying new things LOL
