App not installing in Android 11 but works on previous versions

Currently due to Behavior changes: Apps targeting Android 11  |  Android Developers, you cannot install the APK file on Android 11. This will be fixed shortly.

There are two workarounds you can try:

  1. Publish your app (AAB) on Google Play and install app from the store (you can use internal testing without the need to wait for app reviews)
  2. Install AAB using App Bundle Installer app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lifesavi.bundle (not tested yet)

Hi Everyone, I installed the App bundle installer. I used the installer on my aab file and it uploads then converts to apk and downloads. Then install it perfectly and unfortunately, it didn’t work. but I will try again.

Thanks Michael for all your work on this. I would thank others on the team, but you seem to be a one man gang.
