Google Play need the ZIP-file with private key

But now the Google Play needed not a “private key”!
On Google Play Store into App integrity page, into Export and upload - not a button “Upload private key” now!
Now here “Upload signed ZIP-archive”.

Where can I download this signed ZIP-archive?
